E-government includes the innovative use of digital data and electronic
communication to enhance:
- the delivery of government services
- relationships with business partners, and
- internal business processes.
JMA provides extensive advice to government bodies on e-business
in government, including performing the role of E-business Analyst
for the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) in 2000-2001.
JMA is also the evaluator/moderator of the ANTA E-business Initiative,
which focuses on the development of competencies in e-business.
