Co-author of OTFE report: "A Planning Model for Innovation: New Learning Technologies" (1997)

Co-author of NBEET study "Education and Technology Convergence" (January 1996), a national survey of technological infrastructure in education and the professional development and support of educators and trainers in information and communication technologies.

One of Australia's leading project managers in open learning, flexible delivery and online learning in TAFE/VET. Managed 7 national projects in open learning from 1991-1999, including National Project on Staff Development in Open Learning in TAFE in 1992. Evaluator of three national projects in flexible delivery 1998-2000. Regular keynote speaker at national open learning conferences. Specialist in the management of change to open learning.

Considered the national leader in the design and management of educational videoconferencing. Pioneered and managed SA TAFE’s videoconferencing network, Australia's most sophisticated videoconferencing network, 1990-92. Presented with National Productivity in Educational Technology Gold Award in 1991.
