Workforce developmentProject No.1 2009: Innovative practices, South Western Sydney InstituteIn 2009 we are assisting TAFE NSW - South Western Sydney Institute to achieve the goals of its Bright Ideas Program. The Bright Ideas Initiative is a major workforce development activity of the Leadership and Governance Executive Committee designed to build the workforce capacity of the Institute, to support the implementation of the Strategic Directions 2009 – 2011 and to enhance quality and innovative practices across the Institute. Our role in the project is provide methodological and evaluative advice. Project No.2 2009: Leadership development, L H Martin InstituteIn 2009 we are assisting the L H Martin Institute at Melbourne University and ACER to undertake a survey of leadership capabilities of senior managers in VET. Our role in the project is to write a review on VET leadership and to provide advice on which registered training organisations to survey.
