• has researched and written extensively in tertiary education on leadership, change management, strategy-making, innovation, entrepreneurship and advanced practice.

IT Consultant: Matthew McRobbie

Matthew has built the JMA Analytics platform and tools used by thousands of survey respondents from around Australia http://survey.jmaanalytics.com.au

He has also programmed the highly sophisticated individual and organisational reports received by clients. 

His role includes:

• making continual improvements to the IT tools, processes and approaches

• identifying new IT products, processes, strategies and plans

• improving the layout of online surveys and reports

• setting up and testing online surveys

• managing all technology related to online surveying and reporting

• managing the technical functioning of the online survey platform

• managing the survey data in a database

• responding to client queries and requests related to the surveys and reports

• building tools for clients to use to manage survey data

• liaising with the IT managers in client organisations

• managing the external provider of the server to ensure continuity of service and protection of the data

• programming online reports

• generating automated reports.
