Project Management

High-level skills in project management are essential for the successful implementation of new systems and processes.

We have project managed a range of internationally-recognised projects, including:

  • the telerenal telemedicine project at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in South Australia
  • the teleradiology project at the Womens and Childrens Hospital in South Australia
  • educational videoconferencing networks at the Australian Catholic University and the University of Western Sydney.

Each of the above projects earned international attention. Reports on the above projects identify the range of methodologies we use in project management and the outcomes gained.

A recent project JMA managed was Stage 1 of NSW DET project on Innovation Sectors, Feb-July 2009.  The project brief was to identify, develop, assess and trial training service models that can best develop the skills to meet the innovation requirements of these three sectors. The brief has three stages: Stage 1 is a sector profile, Stage 2 will look at trial models and feasibility studies and Stage 3 will involve an implementation plan.
