Measuring capability
JMA Analytics provides clients with tools to measure their workforce's capability. Why was JMA Analytics created? Following successful assignments undertaken in 2008, JMA Analytics was created in 2009 as a division of John Mitchell & Associates primarily to enable educational decision-makers to systematically measure their organisational capability and to leverage off their proven quality as a competitive advantage. In April 2010, and in response to client demand for services, the division was converted into a new company, JMA Analytics Pty Ltd. Why compete on analytics? Because all educational organisations offer similar products (e.g. degree programs or qualifications based on Training Packages) and many use comparable technologies, the capability of staff is a crucial differentiator. JMA Analytics can assist managers to identify and measure their organisation's capability levels and gain a market edge on their competitors.
