Capability analysis tools (CATs)
JMA Analytics® has designed and implemented five capability analysis tools (CATs) since mid-2010. The initial set of five CATs cover almost every member of staff of knowledge-based organisations, in fields such as education, health and the public service. VETCAT® - the vocational education and training (VET) capability analysis tool (CAT) for measuring training and assessment skills. From May 2010-June 2012, 18 TAFE Institutes implemented VETCAT®. CURCAT® - the vocational education and training capability analysis tool for measuring industry currency of teaching practitioners.From May 2010-June 2012, 21 TAFE Institutes implemented CURCAT®. Description and Benefits of CURCAT®. 3. ADMINCAT® - the capability analysis tool for measuring the skills of people who work in administration in any organisation. LEADCAT® - the capability analysis tool for leaders in any organisation. LEADCAT® was launched in April 2011 with the executive of TAFE NSW - Riverina Institute.
